Found something that does not work as expected? Report it and earn earnicoins. When our team confirms your bug report, you receive a reward based on how serious the issue is.
How much you can earn
The reward depends on the severity of the bug, as confirmed by our team. For example:
- Low: 10 earnicoins.
- Medium: 50 earnicoins.
- Critical: 100 earnicoins.
These amounts may change over time, as the reward levels are configurable by our team.
You can submit up to 3 bug reports per day.
How to report a bug
- Go to the Bug report page (
/support/bug-report). - Enter a clear title that summarizes the problem.
- Add a description with the steps to reproduce the bug and what you expected to happen.
- Optionally attach screenshots to help us understand the issue.
- Submit your report.
What happens after you submit
Each report goes through review and moves through statuses:
- Pending: your report has been received and is waiting to be reviewed.
- Under review: our team is investigating the report.
- Accepted: the bug is confirmed and your earnicoins reward is granted.
- Rejected: the report was not confirmed as a valid bug.
When your report is accepted, you receive a confirmation email letting you know the bug was validated.
