What is a parcel of Land inside Earniverse?
Inside the Earniverse ecosystem, anyone can own land and use it for real-estate investment, leasing revenue, brand exposure, Collectibles, and VR experience conceptualization. Each piece of land in the metaverse is referred to as a parcel of land or a pack of land.
Parcel specifications
- Dimensions: 30m x 30m (900m2).
- Utility: ownership, Collectibles, and specific gameplay. Lands are available across five public continents: FunLand, MoneyLand, HeroLand, SportLand, and WarLand. The sixth continent, EarniCity, is reserved for Earniverse Studio and its partners and is not available for users to purchase.
- Buildings: you can embed any 3D building available on the marketplace, build your own architecture with the available tools, or ask the Earniverse team to create on-demand 3D environments.
- Ownership: Lands are registered on the blockchain to guarantee complete ownership of the property.
Parcel utilities
The total number of parcels in Earniverse is 614,100 units, with only 132,403 parcels available for sale. These parcels are split into several Tiers based on their location and utilities. Lands are in limited quantity, and you own them indefinitely until you decide to sell them.

Parcel ownership advantages
- Upload a Collectible for sale on the marketplace at a ratio of one 3D Collectible upload per parcel owned. The number of items that can be minted for each 3D Collectible is limited to the maximum value of its Tier.
- Use your land to embed buildings from the library, or create bespoke 3D architecture.
- Embed a game on your land, based on the gameplay structures available for each continent.
- Use your land, buildings, and available advertising space to promote your products and services, while adding utility to your Collectibles and gameplay.
Financial benefits of owning a parcel
Because anyone who wants to create 3D Collectibles for sale needs to own one land per 3D Collectible upload, and because each Collectible can be minted up to a certain number of items based on its Tier, each parcel can help its owner generate significant revenue. The amount can vary widely. See the examples below for reference.
Example 1
Someone who wants to sell a Collectible buys and owns a Tier 1 Land. They can now sell a 3D Collectible with up to 1,000 mints (1,000 items). If they sell their Collectible for 50 USD to 1,000 buyers, they generate 50,000 USD in sales on the marketplace.
Example 2
Someone who wants to sell a Collectible buys and owns a VVIP Land. They can now sell a 3D Collectible with an unlimited number of items. If they sell their Collectible for 50 USD to 300,000 users, they generate 15 million USD in sales on the marketplace.
Because owning a land carries very high revenue potential through Collectibles, Land prices are set to increase steadily over time.
Note: The creation of 3D objects for the metaverse must be done in a 3D studio and cannot be done by users in-game. Please contact the Earniverse team to obtain the technical specifications to follow for creating your Collectibles.
The demand heatmap
Some parcels are more sought-after than others. The demand heatmap is a live view, right on the Map, that shows where interest in Earniverse land is strongest, and it lets those hot areas cost a little more so prices follow real demand.

Turning it on
On the Map, the panel on the left starts with a Heatmap section and a small toggle. Switch it on to reveal the demand circles across the map, and off to hide them.

Reading the legend
Each demand zone appears as a colored circle, and the legend shows how strongly it lifts the price:
- On-fire ×1.8: the highest demand
- Medium ×1.5: strong demand
- Low ×1.2: emerging demand
The number (for example ×1.5) is the multiplier applied to a parcel's price inside that zone.

What it changes, and what it does not
- It applies only to parcels still sold by Earniverse and available for sale.
- The price shown becomes the parcel's base Tier price multiplied by its zone factor, rounded to the nearest US dollar. For example, a parcel listed at 3,950 USD inside a Low zone (×1.2) shows 4,740 USD.
- Resales between members are not affected by the heatmap.

Why it exists
Prices adjust automatically to real demand, so the most active areas of the metaverse reflect their popularity. As interest grows, a zone can move from Low to Medium to On-fire.
Good to know
- When zones overlap, the hottest factor applies (they are never added), up to ×1.8.
- The heatmap sets the price of a new Earniverse parcel. It does not change the value or ownership of land you already own.
How to acquire a Land
A Land is acquired the same way as any other Collectible. There are three ways:
- Buy it at its listed price through the cart and checkout. See Buying a Collectible.
- Bid in an auction and win it if you are the highest bidder at the end. See Bidding on Auctions.
- Make an offer to the current owner of a Land that is not currently listed for sale. See Making an Offer.
Note: The background tiles of the map belong to Earniverse Studio.
If you own a Land and want to sell it, see Selling your Collectibles.
