What is a parcel of Land inside Earniverse? #
Inside Earniverse ecosystem, anyone can own land and use it for real-estate investment, leasing revenues, brand exposure, collectibles and VR experiences conceptualization. Each land available inside our Metaverse is referred to as a parcel of land or pack of land.
Parcel Specifications #
- Dimensions – 30m x 30m – 900m2
- Utility – Ownership / Collectibles / Specific Gameplay – Available for the 5 main continents
- Buildings – User can embed any 3D building available on Earnimarket, build their own architecture with available tools or ask us to create on-demand 3D environments.
- Ownership – Lands are registered in the blockchain to ensure complete ownership of the property.
Parcels Utilities #
The total number of parcels available inside Earniverse is 614 100 Units with only 132 403 parcels available for sale. These parcels are split into various Tiers, based on their location and utilities. Lands are in limited quantity and you will own them indefinitely (until you decide to sell them).

Parcel ownership advantages #
- Upload collectible for sale on Earniverse Marketplace at a ratio of one 3D Asset upload for one parcel owned. The number of collectibles to be minted for each 3D asset will be limited to the maximum values detailed above.
- Use land to embed buildings available from our library or create bespoke 3D architecture.
- Embed a game on your land, based upon the gameplay structures available for each continent – Use your land, buildings and available advertising space to promote your products and / or services while giving also more utilities to your collectibles and / or gameplay.
Financial benefits of owning a parcel inside Earniverse #
As anyone willing to create 3D assets for sell inside the marketplace and metaverse need to own one land for one 3D asset upload, and because each collectible can be minted up to a certain amount of items based on its Tier, each parcel will enable its owner to generate important revenues that can vary a lot. You can see below example as a reference.
Example 1 #
- Someone willing to sell a collectible, buy and own a Tier 1 Land.
- He can now sell a 3D asset up to 1000 mints (1000 items)
- If he sells his collectible for 50 USD for example (so to 1000 buyers), he will generate 50 000 USD in sales on the marketplace.
Example 2 #
- Someone willing to sell a collectible, buy and own a VVIP Land.
- He can now sell a 3D asset up to an UNLIMITED number of items.
- If he sells his collectible for 50 USD for example to 300 000 users, he will generate 15 Millions USD in sales on the marketplace.
Because owning a land represent a very high potential of revenue generation through collectibles, Land prices are set to increase constantly over time.
